Description of the investment:

Under a contract concluded with ECO Kutno Sp. z o.o., INTROL built a high-efficiency 6MWe cogeneration system in the area of Cieplownia Miejska No 1 in Kutno, with the “design-build” approach.

Scope of work:

• preparation of design documentation
• obtaining a construction permit
• construction of a thermal power station building on the plot
• delivery, assembly and start-up of the thermal power station consisting of three high-efficiency
cogeneration systems of total power of 6MWe, generating electric and thermal power, in which
the driving unit is a combustion engine powered with E-type natural gas
• power offtake point, installation of necessary transformers, auxiliaries switchgear of the gas
cogeneration system and CM-1, Control and Measurement Equipment and Automation and measurement
systems, systems and other necessary components of the gas cogeneration systems
• performance of work related to connecting to the power network
• construction of complete facilities as regards heat management and recovery, exhaust gas
removal systems, exchanger stations, pump systems and connection to the municipal heating network,
water treatment station and construction work in the existing infrastructure
• start-up of all systems
• operator training, as-built documentation
